Don't trust those lists so much. The list only shows that factories will mark train numbers mentioned in the list and send them to the zones. The zones then allot the rakes to whichever trains they have planned internally most is just politics of the zones.
These 3As built before 2001 had good seats, perfect seating like that of 2A.. After that the one similar to SL layout came.. 😢
Yes correct and along with curtains in 3AC those days, it was much better. Now 3AC has almost become like SL with lots of rush, less privacy
