I have already booked a ticket through your site, with the help of my friend. Now, I have to cancel the ticket due to some change in my tour programme. How to cancel the ticket and through which site? Please inform me in detail. Thanks & Regards.

IF YOU HAV bookd thru irctc website availing E-ticket facility, you can go back to irctc website, look for cancel/modify tickets on left pane & go through the procedures. it can be booked from any computer with internet facility. If its been booked through counters, go to the counter to get refund. if its thru IRCTC site with I-ticket (manual printed ticket delivered to you), again any Railway counter will issue refund. It depends on how u bookd your ticket.
lastly ask the friend who helped u book the ticket. he wil help u in cancelling it also.
