It will definitely function as an alternative by bypassing Gomo and moreover the crossover on GC for down line will be avoided

Yes, traffic is held up due to this crossover. With 160 upgradation to follow, these is a much needed step. Imo this should have been done 10 years earlier but still, whenever it is started it will be helpful
