They have targeted some south bound trains to run at 130 kmph in their area. Hence, these trains will have to be LHB. Goa is one among them. Even KSKs were LHBfied after this notification.

Is any such notification sent by NCR to SWR for Goa express ??

Along with Goa express there is Vasco Patna SF, Vasco Jasidih exp planned for LHB conversion in Q1 and KSK to CDG in Q2. This is obtained from SWR through RTI these trains are to be LHBfied on priority basis as per RB coz of passing through 130 MPS section.
Hampi/GG planned for LHB conversion in Q3 got in Q1. Also if you see ICF site LHB allotment for SWR is not good in this financial year from April till date only 33 coaches allotted and zero in July.

I had read that notification somewhere in Jan. don’t have the copy now. Goa was very much part of it. It had a big list of trains incl Karnataka Tamilnadu and Andhra
