Hello. I just want to know the procedure to cancel E-ticket at prs counter and also want to know whether inwill receive refund through cash or directly money will be sent to my mode of payment choosen??

E-tickets can not be cancelled at PRS counters. Only tickets issued at PRS willl be cancelled at counters. PRS tickets can be cancelled online.
