Had Travelled on 31st July 2022. One thing had noticed there was change in Dinning Car that food is not made in DC it is loaded at Base Kitchen. Due to this the quantity loaded is limited and are over quickly.

I had ordered Cutlet in DC between Lonaval & Karjat and it was over and only omlet was available but afterwards that was also finished.

Had word with the staff, Reason was limited food loaded. Question is when they were having old DC everything was made in DC but now not the same case but why? Due to this there was chaos within the travellers as there was no staff came with food in some of the coach nor in DC they received after ordering.
