(a) What is the Maximum Permissible Speed (in short MPS) of different railway
sections lies between Saharanpur and Lucknow (via LRJ, MB, RMU, BE, SPN
and BLM)? Please provide section-wise MPS separately for each section.

If it all are 100 kmph, then whether Northern Railway has any plan to
upgrade the MPS of the subject section to 110 kmph or 130kmph?
(c) If there is any such plan, then when it will be fully completed for the said
rail sections (section-wise)?
