ECR has a long list of trains in this category of average speeds of 30-40 kmph.

Add 13301,13331,15027 to the list.
Very few states have such bad railway connection between the two biggest cities.
Even JGM-DHN MEMU is better than 13301.

Mera to ye manana hai ki express ki speed 50kmph honi chahiye...sf ki 75kmph...rajdhani shatabdi ki 100kmph...warna ab log roadways ko prefer karenge..
Karenge nahi karna start kar diya hai.... Even I prefer road travel than railways some times
