It represents our state bro sampoorna kranthi also sf only but it's priority is same compared to other sf in the route and same applicable in ap exp also
It might be a special train for the people of AP, but for the bureaucrats inside IR, it is just a Superfast Express.
Sampoorna Kranti only enjoys that kind of priority because it runs behind the Patna Rajdhani with almost the same number of stoppages. Once it loses that slot, you can find it being regularly overtaken by priority trains of NCR.
