I want to know that is any special reason that crew change at TVT,because crew change can also be possible at Perambur

TVT is to serve North Chennai which is growing faster.
Also a Crew change point.

I don't know the exact reason behind the crew not changing at PER, but I have witnessed same with 12295 Sangha as well

It may be the proximity of crew changing base near to TVT then Perambur. For Vskp skipping trains there is an unofficial stop at Simhachalam North for crew changing though the train stop at Duvvada and Vizianagaram (5-10min for water filling)
