What is minimum gap for deprature from two train from a station to same route ?
Means A Train Will depart at 21:05
So at which Time B Train Should depart 21:10 or 21:15 or 21:20

There is no such criteria AFAIK. They are just given a minimum gap of a signal
No such criteria. HWH has several parallel arrivals and departures all the times.
If the infrastructure supports parallel departures are done all the time.
In Junctions we will see parallel arrivals and departures all the times.

Generally have seen 10 min if schedule
If on same section
Else if not on schedule they can depart just after crossing next signal/station depends on section signalling system and controlling
