During covid times ER experimented with twin WAP7 locos between HWH & NDLS for faster acceleration times bro 02301 was mostly before time more or less at all stations bro. Even then 130 was not exceeded bro. It was used to check to improve TT times bro.
To do 160 trials dual WAP5s will be needed as WAP7 cannot do more than 130 bro. Even modified WAP7s cannot do anything over 140 bro. I am not knowledagable in loco speeds and technical terms bro so I will stop now.
