Tejas is well suited to start from MMCT in the morning behind Shatabdi. Also, by that sense not much of a fare difference between Shatabdi & Tejas as compared to Double-Decker and Karnavati!!!!
Tickets are still not available in irctc...don't know when it will be made available.
