13319 should be totally made an SER train and 13303 can be easily extended to DTO/GHD via TORI.
And since it is not stopping at KTH anyways can be easily diverted via GMO

SBP will be very far bro but upto ROU/JSG can be considered easily.
even 13301 can be extended upto CKP/ROU with slight change in TT
Right now, 13303/04 and 13319/20 are operated using 2 rakes. For transferring 13319/20 back to SER, 1 extra rake is required as TAT at both ends are not sufficient for PM.
Also, Dumka lacks maintenance facilities. So, the train can't be transferred to ER as well.

I feel 13301 KGP extension would be good
