not many but a very few, but if more than like 6 sl coaches are required then it can be converted to a superfast, I don't see why both of these ideas can't be looked into and then implemented accordingly
There is no need to change it to humsafar. Humsafar concept is only looting people so no use of it. When passengers have to pay equal to normal 3AC then why are you want to passengers to spend some extra cash on it. What is use of it?
For users what will be the difference in classification just that they start dynamic fare system and start charging more.
