How is this possible?
For 10h Feb, opening data quota, booking has not yet started, yet quota in second AC(between ALD to MMR) is just 2 seats, where as for earlier days it is up to 13 seats. How does this happen.

HWH-ALD: PQ, HWH-CSTM: GEN, ALD-CSTM: RL:-:HWH-CSTM AVL dont imply HWH-ALD been AVL..ALD-CSTM if in WL, will remain in same WL, even if CNF/WL HWH-ALD get booked!!
CNF PQ for HWH-ALD will lead no extra berth for ALD-CSTM, as its not PQ, bit will decrease overall PQ by 1 count!! Although, during charting, berth, if vacant, will be released to clear lowest PQWL, irrespective of any leg in between ALD-CSTM, say 4 station "A-B" & after "B", next lowest PQWL be cleared (thats multiplexing)!!
If ALD-MMR have X berth assigned as RL, it remain...
