yes, its to accommodate VSKP - TATA morning arrival. May be a triweekly ICE from PURI - VSKP can be tries with this slot
for tata-ers there is dedicated train why to extend this train and that too 18189/90 will become daily train
What is this source of information. In any case Tata ERS is going to be daily. Is this your assumption? If done not a bad option as such. At least it will reach with a better TT.
