Infrastructure wise(train primary maintenance needs) also these division not developed up to the mark by SCR.then how they can run the new trains ..
Tirunelveli-Danapur easy route is via Madurai, Tiruchi, Villupuram & Chennai Egmore.
Bza Gnt stations have enough pitlines and they are also building new pitlines I think that's more than enough to start new trains
When other zones are running permanent train SR woke up from sleep to run only special train?
