the person at the prs counter is sayng that i am not allowed to chnge d boardng station what shd i do?plz sum1 help i heard its allwd

I've heard of certain instances where the ticket needs to be from the original source station of the train for change of boarding point.might be the clerk is rejecting for this reason.
no i just asked him whether its allowed? he said "Ab bandh hogya h ye sab."

Iff the boarding is changed through PRS, the w/l position does remain same but in irctc booking, it changes with boarding station but that is at the time of booking only,when you change at PRS later on, it remains same.
