It depends on traveller requirement if they are working in Vskp and BPL is hometown then they will prefer AP leaving at night to reach at night. If they want to reach morning at BPL they prefer Samata/ SJ from VsKp. Ultimately it's travellers preference as per their convenience both are useful.
