All upgradations r waste except the stations which come on the main line. SGNR, BGKT are u kidding me?? Sheer wastage.
That station should be upgraded which has 80+ daily halting train or 25+ originating train

Upgrade krna hi kyu h nsg3 ko pehli baat toh 🙄. Major upgradation bas division head ya fir big cities tak sahi h jha kafi trains aati jaati h aur busy rehta h. Haunted station/ towns ko ye log upgrade krenge jha pax hi kam hote toh kya sense.
Aur in list mei se kafi nsg3 station h jinme itne pax hai hi nhi...sirf originating/terminate ya extension ki wjah se kamayi ho rhi inki.

Main toh wahi h...building aur infrastructure jis ko develop krne ki baat ho rhi h. Jitni acchi building utni jyada facilities. Just like terminals in airports.
