Well, yes NDLS CDG can demand more if they start filling the current three. But they are not like fully packed.
And the main point is what abt 168kms of empty rake journey beyond CDG?

In about 2 years or so the AADR line will get connected to main Jalandhar Jammu line, then this VBE will definitely be extended to at least Pathankot
Or may be in two years this would be short terminated at CDG if DLPC-Mukerian isn't completed.
