It has been observed that all CSTM and Howarh bound trains (read as South Eastern Railway) are getting late by an average 4 hours in reaching to their final destination. My observation is that these trains are getting late between Bilaspur and Rourkela stretch/section. This is happening for last 4 months. Two to three blocks for days were taken by different railway divisions.

No. Even Railway Minister and Railway Board have no headache on this, no press release or press meet done by them or SECR to say why this late everyday since last 4 to 5 months and when train services will be normal again in this route. This is all pre-planned to force passengers to travel by flights from kolkata to mumbai/pune/ahmedabad, etc. and make loss to railways and they will sell railways to private citing huge loss after some years.Passengers r cancelling Duronto tickets because of this late and booking in flights. I frequently go to mumbai by train, from last few months due to this huge late sometimes 8 to 9 hrs late in departing from Howrah don't know when that train will reach mumbai , i forcefully have to cancel my confirm duronto ticket and go via flight paying high flight ticket. Godi media don't show this news anywhere...
