kya hame aapne sl sit par din me dusre yatri ko baithana hi pare ga?
Nahi, koi zaruri nahi hai.Dil se baithana chate hai toh de sakte hai.
If he is on unreserved II class tkt. and caught by TTE it attracts fine as per rules.
Theoritically No..... But sad to say Practiaclly Yes.......TTEs love to catch such passengers in SL to warm their pockets...... A dirty train I will say....
I witnessed my friend's journey from Rourkela to Patna by this train. When he boarded the train; he found a group of 3 people have already occupied his berth. When he asked them they told ''Yeh train hamara hai. Lalu ne yeh train hamare liye chalaya hai"... My opinion is to use AC coaches while traveling in north India and use sleeper coaches while traveling in south India
