Railway is not social service, it will run special if they think it's needed

NR running so many special because it think they need it but ECR didn't running same amount of special because it think that NR special will take the load

I didn't mean any of the your inferences just clarified that not all are priced extra abnormal of Rs 9999. It's IR which is losing the opportunity to road transport by not operating trains as per demand. Poor decision making and business's planning.
Every small boy knows that there will be surge demand during festivals that too when they have long weekend of 3-4 days. If zones sit and say it's not my operational zone will utlimately lose revenue afterall they are charging 1.3 times the normal fare and travellers in the route are ready to pay even it's more. IR should grab the opportunity by operating extra trains.
Unfortunately ANDHRA region is suffering due to this 3 zones issue. So many telugus in Banglore suffering with lack of train. Chennai and TN has many trains from banglore. But AP is having only 1 single daily train beyond tirupati which terminates in AP only
