Hmm, I don't think Tungabhadra extension is mandatory for VSKP-KCG extension to KRNT and I don't even know full picture about JSME.
Could you check my previous response please? I have clearly mentioned that 4 long distance trains (12785/17604/12798/ some other train, probably 17652) were originated and terminated at Kurnool itself. I understand it was an exception and there was no option but positive message is KRNT can handle both Tungabhadra and VSKP-KCG simultaneously.
