What are the chances of RLWL 1 1AC from DHN to NDLS getting confirmed on 12313 Sealdah Rajdhani on 29 Oct 2022

Don't book from DHN under RLWL. Book from SDAH and change the Boarding Point to Dhanbad. That has higher chance to get through.
From SDAH itself that day WL15 and HO is only 10 Berths for 1AC no way its going to clear.
Never try such booking in Rajdhani category trains particularly so with Mumbai/Kolkatta Rajdhanis unless end to end are available in plenty W/L won't clear.. Look for alternative options.
Still, W/L 15 from SDAH has higher chance of confirmation than RLWL 1 from DHN. This is what I am telling.
