The Availability status which was WL before has come to Available now again due to some cancellations..You can book your ticket,will get a confirmed one and also you will get berth/seat numbers after chart preparation.
According to the serial number it is wait listed. but the current status is available. which generally happens when few passengers cancels their tickets. SO effectively seats are available. Go ahead with the booking;)
