Early morning arrival (4:30 AM to 5:30 AM) at New Delhi would work as it'd enable passengers to board Shatabdi/Vande Bharat Trains to continue further Journey towards different cities.
It'd indirectly resolve Premium Connection demand from a few Cities. Early Afternoon Departure should be there so that direct connection with less waiting time could be established with Amritsar Shatabdi/Kalka Shatabdi/Dehradun Jan Shatabdi for connection to Mumbai.
