Technical halt is also halt in the station. Then they can give regular halt instead of technical halt.
Is train compuslory stops at the stations which have technical halts otherwise whenever need halts at that time only halt giving for technical halts?

But SSPN/GTL stopping have. There they can change crew know BRO. Atleast they can change crew at SSPN as GTL is far to SSPN(130KM).
As regular halt means no problem but technical halt at DMM wasting lots of time.

You can't have crew change wherever you like SSPN stoppage. The crew from SBC of SWR if they deboard as SSPN they cannot be alloted to any return train.thry need to go in another train to DMM gor further duties or take rest as they eill not be restroom for one train and is not operationally fesible
DMM halt is zone change, like GDR, to collect Caution Order and to have route clearance. It can stop or proceed slowly with out halt. Crew change at GTL only.
I too feel that halt is halt, and ticket from/to all station where train has scheduled halt should be issued.
