Yes , its under construction. This will lead to change of territorial limits of WCR. There is plan to include Jhalwara in WCR , i read it in some doucument but currently not able to find it on web.

That's really a great news, so now in near future we can expect some passenger train between this two lines, but actually it's near to impossible because both kte-cpu/bsp lines carry heavy freight traffic
And one more question is there any freight movement between bsp to sgrl or sgrl to bsp side
Yes Express trains are possible but not until Chunar- chopan is doubled.
Average 10-12 freights daily between SGRL- BSP , majorly coal , Steel, Aluminum.
