I travelled between SBC-KPD on the first day of official run which started from Mys ( Saturday) . Here are my observations
(1) Plush interiors of coaches. Obviously new hence clean
(2) Lot of space in vestibule area.

In CC the seats seemed bit uncomfortable. I saw this as a feedback from few other passengers as well
(5) Bottle holder is not behind the seat , rather it is right next to the footrest near the leg.
(6) The handrests of seats are very low. Will not be comfortable for many passengers . I felt Shatabdi express seats were more comfortable.
(5) Washrooms were clean, obviously since it is a new coach. Only the coming days will tell the actual story

Food
Snacks loaded from SBC. Food option is poor for the price that one pays. One piece Samosa, Soan papdi, Ready tea mix.That is all was available for evening snacks. No juices served. Hope they change in coming days

Speed/Time
Immediate acceleration ( just as you see in MEMU, metros) is very good.For Saturday run, overtook Double Decker in Bangarapet.
However we had to wait in outer at KPD for almost 10min since SMVT-Bhagalpur Anga Exp was ahead of this train. There is just a 1-2 min difference in KPD arrival between these 2 trains.Arrived KPD with a delay which resulted in a cascading effect with DD and Vrindavan also getting a bit delayed.

As of now if someone wants to travel at lesser coast then obviously Shatabdi, DD, Vrindavan are there. Hopefully if they significantly reduce travel time, then hopefully more passengers might board.
