Today, one of my friend spotted a full length empty LHB rake skipping Bihar Sharif Jn....going towards Rajgir. Most probably this was one of the rakes for Shramjeevi as the date of LHBfication is coming close now.

I think for all hue and cry, Bhagalpur should really come under ECR. When they'll see 2008 made coaches in Vikramshila Express then I guess they'd understand.
Singrauli gets it's dedicated connection to Delhi courtesy of WCR. Dhanbad is dependent completely on ER.

Lol, Vikramshila Express already runs with 2005 & 2006 made Coaches on a regular basis, running with 2008 made coaches would actually be better for people/passengers.
All trains of ECR running with Old Rakes of Patna's Trains.
