ED WAP-7 is essential for Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Konkan Region. ED shed is huge and definitely needs even more P7s. In the new allotment also ED hasn't received much.
Also, which CR trains get ED link? I can only think of Udyan and Chennai SF which get it as offlink sometimes. If KYN needs more P7s, GZB/LGD/BRC should start transferring. No point in targeting ED, rather sheds with surplus P7s should transfer.
