But, can you prove that someone from Bihar/Jharkhand did this? Your POV is also based on just speculation. Isn't it? Then, how can you ask someone to just shut up if their POV doesn't match with yours? You both are speculating, isn't it?

As far as the incident goes, it happened well in Karnataka. The Security Agencies(RPF) are to be blamed for this. BTW, this train doesn't have a PC that means the victim must be a local vendor and the culprit did this and ran away. Probably not someone travelling by the train. And, if the culprit was actually travelling, how can you say that he was from Bihar/Jharkhand? Correct that majority of the passengers are from Jharkhand/Bihar but, are people from other states barred from travelling on this train?
