railfans ,what is your oppinion on this decision of railways to change the alignment between amlakhurd and akot ?
unforunately, people of dhulghat will miss the trains forever and not get even broadgauge trains facility on thier place because of new alignment . and it's true that we have conserve our forests in india. and also their is no chance to start heritage train between amlakhurd and akot beacause the tracks had been dismantled . very sad for the people of dhulghat for not getting trains in future,they have to travel long to catch the train.

Not a big concern one town people can use road transport and travel there...
