Best by road, if you can afford take taxi, otherwise bus.
When I went 4 years ago, a friend took me by scooter from Udaipur.
Keep lot of extra time, temple opens for short periods 8 times per day for darshan. I reached before 8am, but on that particular day, a special puja was performed and darshan was allowed after 1 noon only. Worth waiting, very happy & devotional place.

When you board bus from Udaipur, please tell the bus conductor that you want to go to Srinathji temple, they will surely help.
