IRCTC conifrm probability feature is not available for every train. I did not understand their logic when they have all ticketing data so why probability feature not available for every train.

Yes you are saying right. When IRCTC has full old history data for prediction available then they are not able to provide for every train.
On other hand you can see third party apps has limited data but they are showing most of trains probability.
What is irony is that.

i think recent trains dont have that much database for predictions so old trains have datas.
