Agree with u official names should be updated and popular names should ne in bracket.
in case of 12413 that king of confucion also happend....lots of peope called it POOJA EXP.govt.site not showing it............
Actually prob came when same name train runs b/w same stations, in case of 12413, in official its AII-JAT express, and single train so getting confused is less then this condition. but accordingly i think it should change.
