This is better then sudden reduction of SL like in Visakha exp. There is excess supply of 3 AC berths in SC to RJY - Vskp section that every day 3AC tatkal in KCG Vskp exp are available till evening or next day morning while SL are being filled up by 1110 and even not able to open availability page.
