This was supposed to get LHB rakes months ago as per RTI. I'm pretty sure just like the rakes of Goa express were given to other trains even this train might have been allotted LHB rake which was given to other train.
Right now LHB coaches allotted to VSG JSME exp is spotted in SBC area and it's doubtful even those will make their way to VSG.
SWR simply don't want to run a single LHB train from VSG.
