Anyway the train is bound for a NFR station. PM is done by ER. So, nothing wrong in saying NFR is operating the train. After all, both the zones are going to share the revenue.

After completion of Electrification till Dibrugarh, Vande Bharat or Shatabdi Express should run from New Tinsukhia / Dibrugarh to Guwahati. 3 days via Harmuti/Rangpara/Rangia and 3 days via Lumding.
This train's rake is allotted to ER.

I understand that and I am aware of train numbering system. Dont need a lesson on it. What I mean to say, train running "under" NFR doesnt mean train is owned by NFR. It means that service operates within NFR.
