There can be RTI to Railway board on how the delays have been added to the schedule of this legendary train brindavan exp between sbc - MAS, latest being delay of 1/2 hour post Vande bharat exp introduction.
Vande bharat anyhow is waste of resources - see how under utilized this remains - but will use taxpayers money to keep in operation.

This is about one month back when VB is newly introduced now check the occupancy and get back.
