what is the process for changing the boarding station for booked tkts, I've to chnge the boarding station
The request for change of Boarding Point should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the Train from the station.

sorry madam, but filling up reservation form may not solve the purpose. recently i had gone for a boarding point change and i had filled up resvn form. the clerk asked me to write the request on a blank piece of paper and submit it. may be the rules change from prs to prs. but over here in eastern rly prs, i was asked to submit request in blank paper hand written. the rest of info provided by you is very accurate and pretty useful.
