Sir,
If i book ticket at counter on behalf of my family member who stays in other city,then the scan copy of the physical ticket can b sent on whattapp to that member who is travelling. TT will not raise any objection in any class.
Need clarification.

This is not acceptable as per rules. It's upto TTE to allow you
No Rajan. One needs to have actual physical copy of ticket while travelling. TTE can fine 50% of ticket price.
Happened with me even in chart, TTE was able to see my name and berth.
