A major accident averted today at SRC. Ispat express got decoupled which crossing SRC, no major incident due to slow speed of the train. Train if was running at 130 kmph it would be major accident.

Railway staff Suspended for yesterday's incident based on investigation report.
Lack of proper checking and maintainance at SRC CDO before placing rake at HWH for start of journey.
Low speed of train saved many passengers, if in high speed of 130kmph it could have been a huge accident
