Bro i hd one such incidnt,wch is bit similar @ ASN my train from TATA was running late by more than 5 hrs n my connecting train frm ASN also was running late by 3 hrs 10mins but stil misd d train....(Trains r TATA-CPR Exp and Chambal) so wen i apprchd SM he signd on my ticket n wrote 50% refund on ticket....wen i asked him y 50% ? he said this is all we can give n dnt talk abt rules here.... so then i cancld n bookd in coal fld exp
