Howrah Railway Station to Airport : Check for Prepaid Taxi Counter - for one entire cab Rs 302 only. There are 4 to 5 counters outside station and easy to find cab.
I see basic fare for 2km is mere Rs 55.
Howrah to Sealdah Rs 110.
Do not fall victim of Ola or Uber or roadside agent demanding exorbitant number 600-700 Bucks.

Yes. Prepaid taxi is the best. But one has to wait in que for almost 45 mins to 1 hr in busy times.
For Airport even AC buses also good.

Bus number VS2 originate right from Howrah Railway Station and Terminates at Airport, Fare was around 50 - 55 Rs per person.

Yes VS2 is better than AC39 which also Terminates at Airport but takes longer route
