Duronto Trains are meant from end to end travel. You have to pay full fare from HWH-YPR. Though not allowed officially, but you can de-board at Renigunta if you wish to visit Tirupati.

Booking at or from technical halts is not allowed in duronto's.That is the reason why you are unable to book tickets.
You can only book directly from HWH to YPR but deboard at nearest place to TPTY.
