What's the point in attaching a PC when it isn't operational until and unless it has a RSA with some other train having PC? But, this seems very unlikely to me.

Aur ye 90's type CC kyu lagaya hai NFR ye samajh nahi aaya. Aadhar SL coaches is taraf aadhe SL Coaches bich me AC coaches ke baad us taraf. bahut problematic hota hai ye.
